Professional interior painting, baseboard installation, door frame replacement, and wall repair for a residential property in South Florida.
Scope of Work
The following work will be completed to deliver a professional interior finish:
- –Installation of new baseboards (rodapiés).
- –Replacement of door frames where required.
- –Wall repairs and patching of damaged areas.
- –Sanding and preparation of all wall surfaces.
- –Application of primer where necessary.
- –Final interior paint finish.
- –General touch-ups and additional repairs required to deliver a professional finish.
Current Surface Condition
Documentation of the current condition of walls, doors, baseboards, and door frames prior to preparation and finishing.
Doors Included
- ·9 double closet doors
- ·8 standard interior doors
Materials
All paint and painting materials will be supplied by the client.
All labor, tools, ladders, sanding equipment, and protective materials.
Payment & Warranty
50% deposit to reserve and schedule; remaining 50% upon satisfactory completion.
Approx. 3 to 5 business days, subject to drying time and surface conditions.
12 months on application against peeling or blistering due to workmanship defects, under normal use.
Does not cover product defects from the client, surface movement, moisture/infiltration, or force majeure.
