Project Summary
Big Deep Paint will perform professional surface preparation and application of the client-selected finish on an approx. 450 sq ft exterior area in the pool zone: cleaning, sanding, surrounding area protection, safe access with ladders/scaffolding, product application, and final cleanup. This proposal covers labor and equipment only; the client supplies the coating product, giving full control over brand, color, and finish.
Current surface condition
Documentation of the current wood surface condition prior to preparation and finish application.
Scope of Work
- –Light pressure washing and surface cleaning to remove dirt and contaminants.
- –Surface preparation and sanding with professional equipment.
- –Protection of surrounding areas before starting.
- –Setup and use of ladders and/or scaffolding as required for safe access.
- –Professional application of the client-selected finish.
- –Final cleanup of the work area upon completion.

We recommend coordinating the purchase in advance; we are happy to advise on type and quantity.
Exclusions
- –Supply of paint/sealer/stain/primer or any coating product.
- –Structural, stucco, wood, or damaged concrete repairs.
- –Mold, moisture, or existing water infiltration remediation.
- –Carpentry, electrical, or plumbing work.
- –Permits, HOA fees, or approvals.
- –Additional surface beyond the agreed ± 450 sq ft.
- –Warranty on the durability of the product supplied by the client.
Timeline, Payment & Warranty
Approx. 2 to 3 business days, subject to weather and product drying time; South Florida may require rescheduling due to rain.
50% deposit to reserve and schedule; remaining 50% upon satisfactory completion. No surcharges.
12 months on the application against peeling or blistering due to workmanship defects, under normal use.
Does not cover product defects from the client, surface movement, moisture/infiltration, or force majeure damage.
